The regiment took part in the Battle of Culloden at which the Jacobites were finally defeated.
From 1745 Cobham’s Dragoons and Lord Mark Kerr’s Dragoons saw service in the Second Jacobite Rebellion. They both took part in the Battle of Culloden 16th April 1746 at which the Jacobites were finally defeated.
