Lord Mark Kerr’s Dragoons

Honywood’s Dragoons were retitled Lord Mark Kerr’s Dragoons.

At this time a regiment was named after the officer who had received a warrant from the monarch. In 1732 Honywood’s Dragoons were retitled Lord Mark Kerr’s Dragoons.
